Japanese Ceramics

Japanese Ceramics Exhibition
Maison Huit is delighted to present acclaimed Japanese ceramist Akio Nukaga's second solo exhibition in Hong Kong. 25 years ago, Nukaga established his studio in Kasama, Japan. Since then, the skilled artisan has gained a strong reputation for his distinct 'pleat' and 'black au noir' collections. His unique contemporary pieces not only serve as vessels for daily use but as art objects.
From 23 March till 13 April, Nukaga's new ceramics collection will be available for viewing at our design gallery in Wanchai. Join our opening and a series of fun and engaging workshops that bring Nukaga's work to life between 23 and 26 March, to learn about the history and beauty of Japanese craftsmanship.
